Who do you trust for healthy diet information?

Today on Q, Jian spoke with author Gary Taubes about his new book, Why We Get Fat: And What To Do About It. He says exercise isn't the key to losing weight. And neither is counting calories. Taubes  -- an award-winning science journalist -- says that much of the conventional wisdom, from doctors and weight-loss shows alike, is wrong. But many doctors and dietitians strenuously disagree with Taubes, saying that there is no one-size-fits-all weight solution and that to suggest it's that simple, is just plain wrong.
 
Given that we get so much conflicting information about healthy eating and weight management from so many sources, who do YOU trust for your information about healthy eating? And what are your strategies for avoiding just the next diet fad?
