Paul McCartney on Q

Paul McCartney is probably the most successful musician and composer in the history of popular music. He has had 32 number one singles on the Billboard 100 and, more than 50 years into his career, he still plays for audiences numbering in the hundreds of thousands.

In addition to being a great songwriter, he's also a committed activist and a successful film producer, poet, painter and businessman.

From The Beatles to his solo career, he is responsible for some of the most beloved music ever recorded. McCartney joined Jian by phone from England.

(And here's a testament to the artist's ever-busy existence: the gentleman you'll hear cutting into the interview is none other than his publicist, Stuart Bell.)
