Do concert tix need "Lip Synch Disclaimers"?

Today on Q, we picked up on a debate sparked by some recent Britney Spears concerts in Australia. Her dance-heavy live shows rely on a mix of lip-synching and real singing... which has led the Australian government to consider forcing Spears and other performers to issue a disclaimer on tickets, advising concert goers that the show isn't entirely live. Should concert promoters be forced to issue a disclaimer on tickets if the singing isn't fully live? When you go to a big live concert -- do you expect to hear live singing, or do you just want to see a really good show?
