Jazz lover and radio personality Tim Tamashiro is taking over the helm at CBC RADIO 2's long-standing celebration of all things jazz. Beginning April 2 and broadcasting from Calgary, Tamashiro will host the weekday broadcast of Tonic in addition to his weekend edition broadcasts.

Tim is a well-known Calgary entertainer with a warm Alberta smile, an infectious laugh, and a passion for sharing a melody.

Tune in to Tonic Monday to Saturday at 8 pm (8:30 NT)on CBC Radio 2, and Sundays at 10 pm (10:30 NT & 11 pm AT) on CBC Radio One.
