Alberta Scene Invades Ottawa

In celebration of Alberta's 100th anniversary, Alberta Scene is a half-hour program that highlights some of Alberta's best and up & coming new artists who came to Ottawa this past April/May to be part of a thirteen-day festival at the National Arts Centre - the largest performing arts complex in Canada and North America. An enormous display of Alberta talent came to the nation's capital performing at over 20 venues. Their artistic talents and stories will be featured including people like Ian Tyson, Oscar Lopez and Carolyn Dawn Johnson. And the folks many people outside the province really know - Colleen Brown, Jayleen Gordey and Darrin Haggen.
