At least, according to the usual insider-y sources, and as learned by intrepid CBC Colleague Chris Hall. He's been with the PM since 2002 in various communications-y capacities, most recently as the associate director of communications. Now he can drop that "Associate" and take the big title -- and good luck to him with that!
