How many weeks until Christmas, Liberal spinners?
- November 5, 2009 3:01 PM |

The Liberals take issue with some of the facts and figures cited by the Health
Minister.
In trying to cast some doubt over the often-recited line that "every
Canadian will be able to receive the vaccine by Christmas," the Liberals point
out in a backgrounder that Christmas is "6 weeks away."
"We have 30 million people to vaccinate, which would mean 5 million people a week. Where are the additional doses coming from?"

Now, math is not my strong suit, but we are 50 days from Christmas, and if
my calculator is right that amounts to seven-plus weeks.
Kind of ironic to be getting a fact wrong in a press release about other parties getting their facts wrong.
