Killarney's world famous fish and chips are coming to Sudbury.
How to Bread Fish:
Pour crushed cracker crumbs or bread crumbs in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat an egg together with a bit of water.
If the bread crumbs are not seasoned, then season to taste.
Then coat fish in flour. Dip the fish in the egg mixture to coat it, then dip it in the bread crumb mixture.
Place into a frying pan that has a small amount of hot oil. Fry until cooked.
If baking, place into a baking dish, for oven baking. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
