To mark Black history month Asha Tomlinson hosts Being Black in Canada. The program looks back at activism over the years: Nova Scotia business woman Viola Desmond challenged segregation in the 40s. The Black Action Defense Committee marched for justice in Toronto in the 80s and 90s. We also hear from a panel of young activists fighting for change today.
