Three U.S. states will be voting today on whether to legalize the use of marijuana for recreation. And some of the support for those ballot initiatives is coming from surprising people. John McKay is a former U.S. attorney appointed by George W. Bush. He successfully prosecuted Canadian marijuana "activist" Marc Emery for drug distribution, who's currently serving a five-year prison term following his conviction. But Mr. McKay is now urging voters to support the legalization of pot.
