A feature interview with the man who helped bring justice to the victims of war crimes, but still seeks redemption, saying "I owe the victims and their families my soul every day." David Scheffer worked on setting up war crimes tribunals during the Clinton administration, in Rwanda, the Balkans, Sierra Leone, and Cambodia. He became the U.S. special ambassador-at-large for war crimes issues. And helped develop the International Criminal Court. He spoke to Rick from New York.
