Canada Sports Hall of Fame Heroes: Bryan Trottier

The Homestretch

On the west end of Calgary, at Winsport, you'll find a shrine to our country's greatest sports heroes. Canada's Sports Hall of Fame moved to Calgary in 2011, as a place to honour Canadian teams and athletes that have made our country proud. Throughout the summer, we're going to be showcasing some of the Hall's famous inductees and hearing some of their stories. We'll start with 7-time Stanley cup champion, Bryan Trottier. Joining host Doug Dirks in studio with more on Bryan's story is Cheryl Bernard. She's an Olympic silver medallist in the sport of curling and President and CEO of Canada's Sports Hall of Fame.
