Landlords are preparing for legal cannabis by changing their lease agreements

Canada's cannabis legislation comes into effect this fall. Landlords around Sudbury are changing their leases to protect themselves and their property from damage that could occur from tenants who want to smoke cannabis or grow some plants. Ray Goulet is the president of the Greater Sudbury Landlords Association. He spoke with the CBC's Angela Gemmill about the concerns landlords have over the legalization of pot.
