Restorative justice workers say their pay is unjust

Caseworkers at one of the agencies that carries out Nova Scotia's restorative justice program say they're paid less than other provincial employees for doing essentially the same work. The restorative justice system provides an alternative to the traditional court process. Shila LeBlanc is a caseworker with the Community Justice Society in Halifax.
