It's the end of an era on the Tobique river this weekend. Bill Miller is organizing his last unofficial Fiddles On the Tobique. The event has run for 25 years, pairing Miller's profession of making canoes with his love of fiddle music. But after Bill suffered a stroke last winter, he decided this would be the last year for his event.
