Chef and cookbook author Cameron Stauch can take a meat or seafood dish and make it vegetarian. He researched the foods of Vietnam while living their during the early part of this decade, spending time with Buddhist monks and nuns and following the lunar calendar. The Kitchener native and grad of the Chef school in Stratford talks about his new cookbook Vegetarian Vietnam.
