Calgary 'Brain Bee' winner heads to national competition in Ontario

How much do you know about the human brain? It's grey, it weighs approximately three pounds... but do you have any idea how it works? 17-year-old Michael Potemkin has made it his business to understand the inner-workings of the human brain. He's the Calgary winner of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research Regional Brain Bee. The grade 12 Westmount Charter School student is headed to Hamilton, Ontario, to compete in the Canadian National Brain Bee. But first, Michael Potemkin joined host Doug Dirks on the line.
