McGill University to appoint new special investigator for sexual misconduct on campus

McGill University will appoint a new special investigator to deal with complaints of sexual misconduct in time for the fall semester. It's one of three steps the university announced on Thursday, following a sustained, student-led campaign to push the university administration to action. Angela Campbell is McGill's associate provost for policies, procedures and equity -- she joined us in the Daybreak studio to discuss.
