Hear the dance class for Parkinson's Disease in action

The Morning Edition - Sask

Dance is helping people with Parkinson's disease take back control of their movements. A free creative dance class for those living with the disorder began in Regina last March. The illness affects the central nervous system and can result in shaking, rigidity, and difficulty moving. Every dance can be done sitting or standing...And CBC's Morning Edition dropped by to hear it in action.
