It's out with the carbon paper and in with computers for Quebec's court system. The province is investing $500 million to modernize its overburdened and antiquated legal system. For Quebec Bar Association president Paul-Matthieu Grondin, "it's a great day for justice, We're in 2018 and we were stuck in 1970."
