New Central Library unveils $2M public art projects

If you live or work in downtown Calgary, or take the C-Train regularly, you'll know the new central library is really coming together. We're still about six months away from the building's grand opening. There's a lot of excitement about the striking architecture. This week, we found out about the public art that will go inside and outside the building. The $2-million commission went to Los Angeles artist Christian Moeller. Clare LePan is with the Calgary Municipal Lands Corporation, the lead developer behind the library project. Clare spoke with host Doug Dirks.
