Judge to decide if video of Quebec City shooting should be made public: what are the arguments?

A Quebec Superior Court Judge will decide whether footage that captures the shooting at the Quebec City mosque in January of last year should be made public. He is responding to a request by a media consortium consisting of 7 different outlets, including the CBC, to release the images. Criminal defense attorney Walid Hijazi explains the arguments on both side, and why this particular case is so complex.
