Retired OPP inspector testifies about dealing with erratic drivers at Walter Blight inquest

Police say they often pull over drivers with medical conditions who perhaps shouldn't be behind the wheel. We heard from a traffic expert who testified at the coroner's inquest into the death of Walter Blight. He was stopped twice by police in the hours before his death because of erratic driving. Retired OPP inspector Mark Andrews spoke to the CBC's Angela Gemmill after his testimony.
