Outremont mayor Philipe Tomlinson discusses tensions with the Hasidic community, and "vivre ensemble"

At the last Outremont borough council meeting, a handful of residents wore yellow squares to protest against the number of (often Hasidic) school buses that regularly travel on residential streets. The borough council clash was the latest manifestation of a clash of cultures as the Hasidic community grows and requires more services. Mayor Philipe Tomlinson joined us ahead of Monday night's council meeting.
