Fight over bankrupt oil company lands at Supreme Court

A financial dispute in the oilpatch made its way to Canada's top court today. The Supreme Court held a hearing looking into what happens when an oil company goes bankrupt: whether the remaining assets should be sold to clean up any toxic environmental mess or the money used to pay back banks and other creditors. Many different groups are keeping a close eye on this case. CBC Calgary Business reporter Kyle Bakx was there and joined host Rob Brown from Ottawa.
