Canadian Olympian receives death threats from South Koreans
The National
Canadian Olympian Kim Boutin received threats from South Koreans following her bronze medal win in short-track speed skating. Boutin finished fourth in the final but was bumped up to third after a South Korean skater was judged to have impeded Boutin's progress. The decision prompted a small number of South Koreans to post hateful messages on Boutin's social media pages before Boutin deactivated her accounts
