She was last seen on Nov.28th, barefoot and disoriented outside the Empress Hotel. A concerned passerby called 911, and 2 police officers spoke with Emma for 45 minutes, but left her alone, feeling she wasn't a threat to herself or others. She was never seen again. Her mother spent 2 months, scouring the area, but found no trace of her daughter.
