Michael Pollan, the author of the influential books 'The Omnivore's Dilemma' and 'In Defense of Food', takes on the way we change what we eat when we cook it. His latest book is called 'Cooked: A Natural History of Transformation' and he joins Jian at the desk to talk about it in Studio Q.
