In 1952, the people of the Cheslatta Carrier Nation were evicted from their traditional territory with just two weeks notice to accommodate a large hydro-electric dam built by Alcan. Since then, they have been struggling to get some of that land back. Alongside them, over the long years of struggle, has been a non-Aboriginal rancher, Mike Robertson.
