Sir Andrew Davis is considered one of the leading contemporary English conductors and an ambassador for British music. But given his almost four decades of work with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, to many Canadians he is also one of us. But, to Canadians, he is considered ours. He has a thirty-seven year history with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, thirteen as Principal Conductor.
