    Latinos are highly motivated voters, and given their growing numbers in the United States, they could be the decisive factor in Tuesday's election. In this second hour Michal speaks with Gary Segura, a professor of American politics and the chair of Chicano studies at Stanford University, and Valerie Martinez-Ebers, a professor of political science at the University of North Texas.
