Prison watchdog calls government response to aboriginal report 'dismissive'

This week on The House, Evan Solomon sits down with Howard Sapers, Canada's Correctional Investigator, to discuss his special report on the issue of growing aboriginal incarceration rates. What does he make of the government's response?
