The kidnappers shot him and held him in captivity for 10 days. Shortly after Mr. Croke was released, he and his wife Gayle spoke with The Current in December of 2010. Since then, a lot has changed in Robert Croke's life. Despite the surgeries his wound hasn't healed very well and he suffers from post traumatic stress disorder.
