Tim Kreider wrote an essay for the New York Times called The Busy Trap. He was tired of hearing friends say they were too busy to do anything fun. It struck a chord and went viral. In it he said it was a boast disguised as a complaint and that for most people being too busy to contemplate is a self-inflicted problem.
