You've probably noticed that when you ask someone how they're doing - they so often say "Busy!" Maybe even "Crazy busy!" It's become a reflex assessment of our modern lives. Is it good for you or bad? Is is squeezing out the time people have to step back and talk to themselves about their lives, their priorities, their spritual wellbeing?
