Northern Futures: A Silent World

Local officials in Inukjuak are proposing to build a small hydro dam. While most of the community voted in favour, some are still worried about the impact of the dam, and whether more changes to the landscape are on the horizon. As part of Quebec AM's series Northern Futures, Ainslie MacLellan brings us the documentary, A Silent World.
