Coming to Warman: Catholic school but no Catholic board?

The chairperson of the Prairie Spirit School Division wants to know why a Catholic School is being built in Warman, a city without a Catholic school board. Afternoon Edition host Craig Lederhouse explores this issue further with someone from the Canadian Secular Alliance.
