Liberal leadership hopeful Pierre Moreau

The Quebec liberal party will choose its new leader in just over a week. Pierre Moreau is the Liberal MNA for Chateauguay and a Liberal leadership candidate. He spoke with Radio Noon host Bernard St-Laurent earlier today.
