Arrest warrants issued for former MUHC head Arthur Porter
Arrest warrants were issued yesterday for the former head of the McGill University Health Centre. Arthur Porter was a trusted civil servant. Prime Minister Stephen Harper made him the head of the civilian oversight committee for Canada's spy agency. Michel Nadeau is the executive director at the Institute of Governance.
