Saguenay residents lukewarm to Arianne Phosphate project

The Arianne Phosphate project is getting a cool reception because it would necessitate new port facilities along the Saguenay river. Jean-Sébastien David is the CEO of Arianne Phosphate. We also hear from Chicoutimi resident David Ellis.
