Leader of Démocratie-Québec David Lemelin

It's not quite David versus Goliath. But David versus Régis for mayor of Quebec City could still be quite the battle. David Lemelin, leader of the new Démocratie-Québec, joined Susan in studio to tell us more about why he's running for mayor.
