Bill 14: PQ wants English schools to beef up French instruction

Under the Parti Québecois's proposed language law, English high school students would have to meet new proficiency levels in French before going on to CEGEP. Susan speaks with the president of the English School Boards Association, David D'Aoust about whether he thinks students will make the grade.
