Quebec's Chief Electoral Officer on impending elections

Quebec politicians could be out on the campaign trail by the end of today. Premier Jean Charest is expected to call an election later today. To discuss the logistics of managing and overseeing an election, we have reached Denis Dion. He is the spokesman for Quebec's Chief Electoral officer.
