Charles Francis on what it takes to make it to the Olympic Games

Missing out on your dream by 3 tenths of a second, only to make it a reality 4 years later. That's what is happening for swimmer Charles Francis, as he finally gets to compete in the Olympic Games this year. He tells Quebec AM's Julia Caron how he feels about his swimming career so far, and what he hopes to accomplish in the future.
