Northern Futures: Throat-singer Evie Mark

Throat-singer Evie Mark grew up partly in Ivujivik, in Nunavik, and partly in Southern Quebec. She was recently back in Nunavik, in the town of Inukjuak, working with the organization Blueprint for Life, which does social work through hip hop dance. She spoke with Quebec AM's Ainslie MacLellan about what she sees as the biggest problems facing Inuit youth.
