City asks Montrealers for help in solving pothole dilemma

Daybreak's Shawn Apel looks into a new survey asking Montrealers whether to go ahead with a new contract for asphalt to fill potholes. Seven firms have bids to win the contract, but three of them have been named at the Charbonneau Commission.
