Lisée shares Montrealers' disgust over scandals at city hall

Mayor Michael Applebaum asked Montreal City Manager Guy Hébert to resign this week after he did not tell the whole truth about his efforts to get rid of Montreal's police chief. Jean-Francois Lisée, the minister responsible for Montreal, was on Daybreak.
