Impact of MUHC cuts on patients, staff

Time is running out for the McGill University Health Centre leadership to fill a 50 million dollar shortfall revealed a few months ago. The board is supposed to submit a plan by the end of next week. MUHC staff and patients want to know how cuts will affect them.
