City goes to federal government to force CP to allow pedestrian crossings
Talks between the city and CP Rail to build pedestrian crossings over railway tracks in Montreal have come to standstill. The tracks run through six different boroughs in the city including the Plateau-Mile End, Rosemont-Petite-Patrie and Outremont.
