Liberals on outcome of education summit

Premier Pauline Marois is calling her government's two day summit on higher education a success. The summit wrapped up yesterday with the government announcing a tuition hike and there was no consensus on university financing. Jean-Marc Fournier is the interim leader of the Quebec Liberal Party.
